• The S&HAA AGM will be held on Wednesday 13th May 2026 at 7.30pm at The Swan Inn, Stuminster Newton
• We are pleased to say that fishing will be resumed at Mappowder Lakes wef tomorrow Sunday 16 November.
• Update – Fiddleford Mill. We are very pleased to say the Environment Agency tests showed no evidence of Blue/Green Algae being present in the pool.
• A good turnout for the work party at Mappowder Lakes on Saturday. Although we are concerned about the low water levels, it has given us better access to remove fallen branches and other snags as well as being able to trim back growth around the lakes.
• The recent Riverfest & Pairs Matches raised £500 for the club via entry fees. These proceeds go towards maintaining the SH&AA waters to a high standard, for the benefit of all club members.
