Remedial work at Colber Bridge: Due to a build-up of floating debris on the upstream side of the bridge the river will have to be lowered at Sturminster Mill in order to facilitate the works. Work commences 10th September.
Air Ambulance Charity Match: This annual event will take place on Saturday 21 September 2024 and entries can now be submitted to our Chairman, Ian Paulley.    Entry is £20 and there will be optional pools on the day.
Match Anglers: The date of the penultimate Summer Points Match has been brought forward to Sunday 25 August to avoid later clashes with the Sturminster Cheese Festival and the Air Ambulance Charity Match.
Please Note: The work to remove the dangerous trees on Spring Lake at Mappowder has been completed today – thanks to all members for your patience.
Members will be aware that Wood Lane is closed when there are matches taking place on the opposite bank at Upper Colber.   A marker post has been installed at the top limit of the match stretch on the Wood Lane bank.

Riverfest July 20/21 2024: The prestigious Riverfest will be held on the River Stour for the first time and our Club are pleased to host it.
